KOURBIS offers a limited/non-transferable warranty on products effective one year from the original purchase date. Ninety-day warranty on tubes, pots, and footswitches. The cover is also offered on defects in the components and/or workmanship of your product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, lightning, or natural disasters.
RMA numbers are required for all returns. You can acquire details on RMA numbers by emailing info@kourbisamps.com. Info on return shipping will also be offered.
All other repairs and support will be billed at a specified hourly rate with a minimum of 1 hour of bench time plus shipping costs. If the returned product is not repairable and under warranty, we reserve the right to provide a refund or issue a replacement.
If a refund is issued, it will be for the cost of the product only (shipping excluded).
All warranty repairs and returns must be shipped back to us pre-paid by the customer.
Warranty repairs after they have been serviced will be shipped back at KOURBIS`s expense.
Non-warranty repairs will be shipped back at the owners’ expense and invoiced with the repair cost.
The shipping method of products for repair or warranty to KOURBIS is solely at the owners’ discretion. KOURBIS is not responsible for any damage or loss, so we strongly advise either insuring the package and using a method that provides tracking capabilities.
